The San Diego Mesa College Art Gallery, in collaboration with the Museum Studies class, presents Dreamscapes: Visions of the Subconscious, a juried exhibition that explores the many dimensions of dreams and the dreamworld. This exhibit features an array of interpretations by artists who delve into the surreal landscapes of the subconscious, conjuring images from the depths of sleep, rituals, and personal visions. From surreal expressions and shamanistic symbolism to abstract depictions and conceptual musings, Dreamscapes reflects both private hopes and collective aspirations. Through figurative, abstract, and conceptual works, these artists guide us through their journeys into the unknown, revealing not only the mysteries of the human psyche but also the universal dreams that connect us all.
Reception Thursday, November 12 4-7pm
